With reference to current report no 23/2022, the Management Board of Apator SA announces that in result of won tender Consortium including Apator SA and GRIFFIN GROUP SA ENERGY Sp. k. concluded the contract with Tauron Dystrybucja SA _"TD"_ for the supply of static remote reading meters with PLC communication module in "OSGP" standard.

The value of the entire contract amounts to PLN 189 million net and may be increased in case TD exercises its right of option consisting in increasing the order by 12%.

The Management Board at the same time announces that negotiations are in progress on the Executive contract between GRIFFIN GROUP SA ENERGY Sp. k. and Apator SA, therefore the remuneration for Apator SA for the supplies of 1-phase and 3-phase meters operating in PLC technology is estimated to 18-20% of the value of the Consortium contract.

Remuneration can be increased by 16-18% in relation to the value of remuneration of the basic order for Apator SA in case of using TD right of option.

The Management Board will announce the execution of the executive agreement in a separate report.
